1. OPERATING ENTITY & BRAND OWNERSHIP Coffee on Call (coffeeoncall.in) is a commercial brand and direct-to-consumer online coffee delivery service owned, managed, and operated by Beyond Karma Tech (PAN: BSFPA9875M, GSTIN: 24BSEPA9975M1Z8). 2. PAYMENT PROCESSING & STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR All digital and online payments on Coffee on Call (including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets) are processed securely through our authorized payment aggregator partner, PayU Payments Private Limited (PayU India). Online transactions are billed under the registered merchant entity BEYOND KARMA TECH. The charge on your bank account statement, credit card bill, passbook, or UPI payment history will reflect as 'BEYOND KARMA TECH' or 'PAYU*BEYOND KARMA'. 3. ORDERS & SERVICEABILITY Orders are accepted strictly for delivery within our designated serviceable pincodes and during daily ordering hours. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address and contact information are accurate. 4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS Because beverages and snacks are prepared fresh upon order receipt, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins. In case of non-delivery, damaged goods, or order discrepancies, customers must notify us immediately. Valid refunds are processed through Beyond Karma Tech via PayU to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. 5.
